Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Nuri purchase, so if you are not happy with it or have simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from date of dispatch to return the item to us at no charge.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed then we cannot refund or exchange your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase will also need to be included in the parcel. Please note that some items cannot be returned (see Exceptions / non-returnable items”).

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nuricollections.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your return doesn't reach us, and you don't have proof you sent it back to us, we won't be able to refund you.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items: 

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Extended returns

All items purchased between 1 November and 24 December have an extended return period until 31 January.
