I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
If you are not happy with your item, it is faulty or you do not think that it matches the description and imagery online, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via hello@nuricollections.com so that we can find a solution.
How do I return an unwanted item?
Please go the "Returns & Refund" page for details on how to make a return, as well as return restrictions.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free via Royal Mail. If you would like to return an item please email us at hello@nuricollections.com and we will provide details on how to make your return.
Where is my item?
All items are shipped via Royal Mail. If the delivery times stipulated on the "Delivery" page have been exceeded please contact us on hello@nuricollections.com quoting your order number so that we can look into it.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as Christmas, delivery delays can occur that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend allowing additional time for delivery during these times.
What packaging do you use and do you offer gift wrapping?
All items are sent in a high quality Nuri jewellery box with a polishing cloth, therefore gift wrapping is not required.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We don't issue paper receipts, all receipts are issued to the email address provided at check out. To return a gift, please follow the returns steps detailed in our returns policy.
